I have an extensive experience supporting teens and individuals facing diverse challenges, I prioritize a safe and nurturing environment for exploration and healing. My approach focuses on each individual client dealing with their own challenges. In addition to my experience with teens my internship involved working with adults with substance use, recovery, and mood disorders in mental health. I truly believe in the power of therapy to foster growth and am dedicated to helping you achieve meaningful, lasting change in your life.


My goal as a therapist is to support each client through life’s challenges by creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for healing and growth. I strive to build strong, trusting relationships that promote open, honest communication. I have a vast level of experience working with adolescents. I bring compassion, clinical insight, and a deep commitment to fostering meaningful, lasting change.
